This policy describes how Green Bison Digital ("we," "us," or "our") communicates with you via telephone calls and text messages, including through the use of automated technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Voice Agents.

1. Your Express Written Consent for Marketing Communications
By providing your phone number and affirmatively agreeing to our consent language on our website (e.g., by checking a box), you provide your prior express written consent to receive marketing and promotional communications from us.

Specifically, you agree to receive:

Phone Calls and Text Messages: Communications may be in the form of live calls, pre-recorded messages, AI-generated voice calls, and/or SMS/MMS text messages.

4. Your Right to Opt-Out
You have the right to revoke your consent and opt-out of our communications at any time.

To Opt-Out of Text Messages: Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You may receive one final confirmation message.

To Opt-Out of Phone Calls: During any call, you may verbally request to be placed on our internal Do-Not-Call list. You can say phrases like "Please stop calling me," "Put me on your do-not-call list," or "I opt-out." Our agents and AI systems are trained to recognize and process these requests.

5. Frequency and Costs

At any point during a call with our AI Voice Agent, you can request to speak with a live human representative by stating your preference (e.g., "I want to speak to a person"). The AI will attempt to transfer you to an available agent during our business hours.
